No native PlayStation 4 version of Kusan: City of Wolves is confirmed in the publisher's launch platform list. The confirmed PlayStation release is PlayStation 5.

The same launch FAQ lists the demo on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. It does not list PS4 for either the full game or demo.

Why PS4 references can be misleading

Search pages, retailer metadata, comparison tables, and generic PlayStation links can remain visible after platform plans change. A mention of “PlayStation” is not evidence of a PS4 build.
